Temple University’s Lewis Katz School of Medicine is hiring a Regulatory Program Coordinator to support active Phase I–IV clinical trials under the supervision of a Regulatory Manager. The role coordinates regulatory compliance monitoring, prepares and processes IRB submissions and reports, maintains regulatory documentation, supports audits and site visits, assists with investigator-initiated protocols and IND applications, and trains research personnel. The position is on-site, grant-funded, and requires a bachelor’s degree plus at least three years of research or regulatory compliance experience; biomedical human research experience is preferred. The salary range is $60,000–$65,000, with medical, dental, vision, paid time off, holidays, tuition remission, and a retirement plan.
