Morgan Stanley is hiring an Associate in Operations to support the firm’s daily CAT operations reporting, process execution, risk identification, control improvement, data-quality governance, exception investigation, and regulatory reporting. The role coordinates with business units, legal, compliance, and technology teams; supports team leads and first-line escalations; and may involve automation platforms such as Alteryx, Power Apps, or Ui Path. Candidates should have at least four years of relevant experience, strong knowledge of CAT/CFTC reporting and financial-services operations, and the ability to work independently and lead moderately complex initiatives.
