Pilgrim’s is hiring a Regulatory Specialist II to join its Research & Development team at Corporate Headquarters in Greeley, Colorado. The role leads day-to-day operations and development of the regulatory labeling team, supports food product development by applying USDA and customer regulatory requirements, manages documentation and label approvals, collaborates with cross-functional internal teams and external vendors, and helps create nutrition facts panels. The position requires strong organization, project management, communication, and software skills, with a preferred background in food science or nutrition and at least 3 years of labeling/nutrition facts experience.
