Description
The Rehab Associate provides financial counseling, co-pay and deductible education, financial-assistance information, scheduling, registration, insurance verification, ABN generation, order compliance checks, MSP completion, consent collection, treatment placement, pre-certification and Medicare Plan of Care tracking, and payment collection for self-pay services. The role also supports regulatory compliance, departmental reporting, clinical duties, and a safe, organized work environment. It requires a high school diploma or GED, Windows-based computer proficiency, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work with patients, physicians, and other healthcare contacts.
