Blue Stone Therapy is hiring a Rehab Director for its new Milwaukee-area skilled nursing partnership in Muskego, Wisconsin. This hands-on clinical leadership role is open to a physical therapist, occupational therapist, speech-language pathologist, physical therapy assistant, or occupational therapy assistant and involves direct patient care while building and leading the therapy program. Responsibilities include staffing and scheduling support, caseload management, team development, facility and interdisciplinary relationships, clinical quality, documentation, regulatory compliance, and program growth. The role requires graduation from an accredited therapy program, a current Wisconsin therapy license or licensure eligibility, and at least one year of clinical therapy experience.
