AltaMed is hiring a Rehabilitation Aide to assist geriatric participants with personal care ADLs/IADLs at home and provide treatment support at the PACE Center under the supervision of licensed physical or occupational therapists. The role focuses on helping restore and maintain functional capabilities for frail elderly and disabled patients while delivering quality care and customer experience. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, preferred health-related college work, BLS certification, and experience working in medical care and with geriatric/disabled populations; bilingual ability in English and Spanish, Cantonese, or Mandarin is preferred.
