Lifelong Access is hiring a part-time Rehabilitative Services Associate to provide direct mental health and rehabilitative services to adults and children in a behavioral health clinic and in clients’ homes and community settings. The role delivers individualized treatment-plan support, group therapy, crisis intervention, client education, documentation, and assistance with daily living activities, while working under supervision and maintaining regulatory compliance. The position pays $18.35 per hour and requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid Illinois driver’s license, reliable transportation, and automobile insurance; an associate degree in psychology, social work, or a related field, disability-support experience, and CPR and First Aid certification are preferred.
