Summit Orthopedics is hiring a full-time Reimbursement Specialist to collect delinquent unpaid insurance and patient account balances under the supervision of the Reimbursement Manager. The role works primarily from the corporate office in Woodbury, Minnesota, with remote work possible after full training, and follows a Monday–Friday schedule. Responsibilities include managing APM work queues, payer policies, account aging, payment disputes, denials, refunds, payment posting, collection-agency approvals, and patient and carrier communications while maintaining HIPAA compliance.
