The Reintegration Mentor supports male youth in a secure residential treatment program by engaging families and community resources, facilitating treatment-team meetings, reinforcing individualized treatment plans, assisting with community reentry and family visitation, and providing ongoing support after program completion. The role requires a flexible schedule including evening and weekend coverage, on-call hours, a valid Connecticut driver’s license, reliable transportation, and completion of mandatory training; bilingual English-Spanish ability is preferred. The position is based in Hamden, Connecticut, pays $28.24 per hour, and requires experience with youth, residential treatment, crisis intervention, and family engagement.
