Description
The REL Mortgage Assumption Specialist I is a contract position based in the Pensacola, Florida area with a hybrid work model. The role manages mortgage assumption processes, including member communication, document verification and collection, coordination from origination through disposition, and resolution of account and loan discrepancies. Candidates need 1–5 years of experience in mortgage processing or a related field, knowledge of relevant regulations, organizational and time-management skills, and basic research, analytical, and problem-solving skills; an associate degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is desired. Compensation is $15.00–$25.00 per hour.
