SOMOS Educação is hiring a hybrid role in São Paulo to act as a bridge between Business Units and Digital, diagnose pain points, support advisory teams, resolve cases, conduct training, visit at-risk schools, guide partner-school onboarding, and collaborate with Product and Engineering. The role requires educational technology, training, customer service, digital-platform, communication, agile, and conflict-resolution experience, along with availability to travel throughout Brazil.
