Citi Handlowy is hiring a full-time Relationship Associate for its Industrials Department in the Commercial Banking Division. The role supports Relationship Managers by managing existing customer relationships, coordinating credit applications, onboarding clients, supporting global client access, identifying revenue opportunities, monitoring credit documentation, and assessing risk. Candidates need at least two years of commercial or corporate banking experience, higher education or equivalent professional experience, analytical and communication skills, and fluency in Polish and English. The position follows a hybrid model with up to two days working from home per week and offers a base salary of 91,370 to 144,430 Polish zloty, along with pension, medical, life insurance, parental leave, and other benefits.
