Description
The Relationship Associate provides member-facing credit union services, including processing teller transactions, opening and servicing deposit accounts, completing consumer loan applications, resolving member issues, cross-selling financial products, supporting digital banking, and ensuring compliance with Bank Secrecy Act and TDECU policies. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, prior customer service experience, strong communication and attention to detail, basic computer and calculator skills, problem-solving ability, and availability during core business hours including Saturdays.
