Rockland Trust is hiring a Relationship Banker to build and expand customer relationships, provide consultative financial guidance, process consumer and business banking transactions, resolve account and service issues, cross-sell deposit and loan products, support digital and in-branch customer engagement, accept loan applications, and follow operational, regulatory, and security procedures.
