Description
The Relationship Banker/Member Advisor supports CCF by developing member relationships, promoting and cross-selling financial products, facilitating mortgage lending, processing consumer loans and account transactions, resolving member issues, and coordinating with lending and loan-processing staff. The role requires a high school degree or GED, at least two years of proactive sales experience plus one year in a banking or credit union environment, Microsoft proficiency, strong customer service and communication skills, and the ability to be bonded and obtain notary designation. The position is based in Royal Oak, Michigan, with a Monday-Friday schedule and rotating Saturdays.
