Paired is looking for an experienced leader to build and scale their new relationship coaching service. This role involves owning the coaching methodology, training, quality, safety, and customer experience, as well as defining the customer journey and partnering with various internal teams to deliver the service. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in coaching, therapy, or relationship support, with a focus on developing scalable systems and driving customer outcomes.
