FCC is hiring a Relationship Management Associate for a 21-month fixed-term role to support the lending process by building customer relationships, identifying needs and opportunities, answering inquiries, and providing front-desk and administrative support. The position requires a business diploma, at least two years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience, relationship-building ability, attention to detail, and task prioritization. Customer service experience in a financial, legal, agricultural, or advisory setting and knowledge of farming or agribusiness are preferred. The role offers a salary range of $55,160 to $74,620 plus a performance-based incentive, hybrid work options, and comprehensive benefits.
