FirstBank is hiring a Relationship Manager to generate and manage consumer, corporate and industrial, and commercial real estate loan and deposit portfolios. The role combines loan production, credit underwriting, loan documentation, asset-quality monitoring, client relationship development, product consulting, and compliance with bank policies. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, a bachelor's degree preferred, and at least five years of banking or business development experience; in-market experience is preferred. NMLS certification must be obtained within the first year of employment.
