Description
The Relationship Manager coordinates patient care and office operations for Team Select Home Care’s long-term home health/private duty nursing division. The role manages scheduling, staffing, recruiting, hiring, referrals and intake, insurance eligibility and authorizations, on-call coverage, payroll verification, financial goals, regulatory and policy compliance, and relationships with patients, clients, and employees. It requires a high school diploma, at least one year of healthcare management experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; a business bachelor’s degree and home health experience are preferred.
