The role develops and manages relationships with high-net-worth clients, privately held businesses, real estate investors, and professional service firms; provides tailored credit, deposit, and treasury solutions; oversees portfolio performance and risk; structures loans; and collaborates with credit, operations, compliance, and other departments. The position requires at least five years of progressive commercial banking experience, strong credit and sales capabilities, and 50% travel.
