Bybit is hiring a Senior Relationship Manager to acquire and grow institutional clients in the crypto derivatives and options market, particularly within LATAM. The role involves prospecting trading firms, market makers, and other institutional clients; maintaining client relationships; developing sales strategies; identifying new business opportunities; monitoring market trends; providing feedback to product teams; collaborating with marketing and product development; and reporting sales performance and market insights. Candidates need at least five years of experience in crypto derivatives or options sales, a proven record with institutional clients, strong knowledge of global crypto markets and financial instruments, and excellent English communication skills.
