Description

Aura by Hex Trust is seeking an experienced Relationship Manager to originate and grow a book of High Net Worth (HNW) and family office clients. The successful candidate will establish and manage long-term relationships, cultivate partnerships, lead client meetings, and identify cross-selling opportunities. This role involves significant responsibility for driving growth in Assets Under Management (AUM) and requires strong financial market knowledge, particularly in digital assets.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 5–15 years of experience in relationship management, private banking, wealth management, and/or institutional/crypto financial services.
Demonstrated success in growing AUM and managing sophisticated private clients or family office accounts.
Preferred Qualifications: Strong knowledge of financial markets and investment products; digital asset familiarity required.
Proven ability to deliver high-touch, client-first service in a demanding environment.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with credibility in front of senior stakeholders.
Entrepreneurial, adaptable, and proactive in identifying solutions and opportunities.
Fluency in English required; additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Arabic) are highly valued.
