Aura by Hex Trust, the private wealth arm of Hex Trust, is hiring a Relationship Manager to originate and grow a book of high-net-worth and family office clients on a new platform. The role focuses on building long-term client relationships, driving assets under management, trading volume, and product adoption, while coordinating with marketing, compliance, legal, and operations. It is an early-stage commercial role in digital assets/crypto wealth management with uncapped quarterly revenue-based bonuses, requiring 5–15 years of relevant relationship management, private banking, wealth management, or institutional/crypto financial services experience.
