Description
The Analyst will contribute to sales development solutions and initiatives for Paidy, collaborate with the immediate team, suggest process efficiencies, exercise judgment on important issues, and support the team in achieving sales targets and goals. The role requires at least one year of relevant experience and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience; partner-sales leadership experience, marketing experience, fintech knowledge, native Japanese ability, and business English ability are preferred or additional qualifications. The position offers a balanced hybrid work model with three office days and two flexible work days, and includes healthcare coverage for the employee and family.
