First Circle is hiring a customer-oriented Relationship Manager specializing in corporate banking or SME business loans in the Philippines. The role manages SME client relationships, assesses financial needs, recommends financing solutions, manages a client portfolio, develops upselling and cross-selling opportunities, and coordinates service delivery. Candidates should have 3–10 years of relationship management experience, preferably in banking, financial services, lending, or business loans. The position uses a hybrid setup with two days weekly in the BGC office and remote work the rest of the week; compensation depends on experience and includes performance bonuses.
