IPMG is hiring a full-time East Coast Business Development Rep, Relationship Manager to grow workers' compensation business across the eastern United States by developing retail-agent relationships, generating new business, cross-selling products, and supporting underwriters. The role is remote but requires candidates to be based in Atlanta, Charlotte, Nashville, or Knoxville, with 50% travel in the eastern region and overnight travel as needed. Applicants need at least two years of insurance experience, three years of sales experience, strong data-entry skills, a casualty and fire insurance producer license or ability to obtain one quickly, and a valid driver's license. Compensation is $50,000 to $65,000 annually in base pay plus commissions, with medical, dental, vision, paid leave, retirement matching, and other benefits.
