PNC is hiring a Relationship Manager II for its Community Development organization in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania. The role originates community development loans and investments, builds client relationships, performs financial analysis and credit risk assessment, negotiates and documents credit and non-credit products, and expands the bank’s share of wallet with affordable-housing developers, CDFIs, nonprofit organizations, and social-impact investment entities. The position requires a bachelor’s degree and at least five years of industry-relevant experience, with preferred experience in sustainable lending, real estate, tax-credit financing, commercial lending, and relationship management. PNC is an in-office company and does not provide employment-visa sponsorship.
