PNC is hiring a Relationship Manager II for its Community Development Banking organization in Washington, D.C. The role originates community development loans and investments, builds client relationships, performs financial analysis and credit risk assessment, negotiates and documents credit and non-credit products, and expands the bank’s share of wallet. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree and at least five years of industry-relevant experience; preferred qualifications include sustainable loan principles, real estate and commercial lending, tax credit financing, and relationship management experience. The position is in-office, offers a base salary of $109,200 to $202,800, and is incentive eligible.
