The role involves developing new and existing relationships, cross-selling, monitoring credit and collateral, reviewing financials, approving letters of credit, assessing credit risk, resolving delinquent loans, and supporting employee development. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, or an associate degree with two years of college plus two years of related work or military experience, or four years of related work or military experience, along with at least five years of commercial banking experience.
