First Merchants Bank is hiring a Relationship Manager IV to grow commercial market share, develop and retain customer relationships, manage loan portfolios, assess credit risk, approve letters of credit, resolve delinquent loans, and provide commercial banking advice. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, or an associate degree with two years of college plus two years of related work or military experience, or four years of related work or military experience, along with at least ten years of commercial banking experience.
