Ascent Developer Solutions is hiring a Manufactured Housing Lending Specialist to manage the full lifecycle of manufactured housing community loans, from client onboarding and deal structuring through underwriting, closing, portfolio monitoring, covenant compliance, and borrower servicing. The role coordinates with Credit, Operations, Construction, Valuations, Loan Officers, and Sales teams; requires 5+ years of construction, bridge, or business-purpose lending experience; and is based on-site in Encino, California, Monday through Thursday, with Fridays work-from-home. Compensation is $140,000-$175,000 annually plus eligibility for a 20% bonus, with health, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
