Biller Genie is hiring a Relationship Manager – Merchant Services to own and grow relationships with assigned ISO and bank partners, support their sales teams, drive referral business, track partner performance, surface feedback to product and support teams, and manage relationships and reports in Salesforce. The role requires at least one year of banking or merchant services experience, Salesforce proficiency, strong communication, and organization; SaaS experience and familiarity with QuickBooks or accounting software are preferred. The position offers a competitive base salary, commission, medical, dental, and vision plans, open PTO, and a 401(k) match, with occasional travel and no visa sponsorship.
