The role is responsible for booking incremental casino business by contacting inactive, declining, un-hosted, and other approved guest segments through telephone and approved outbound methods. The position involves verifying guest information, booking reservations, promoting brand loyalty, establishing relationships for future marketing, and following up with guests. Fluency in English is required, bilingual ability is preferred, and prior casino marketing or casino telemarketing experience is preferred.
