Nuvision Credit Union is hiring an RS I (Relationship Specialist I) for branch operations. The role provides in-person member service by processing deposits, withdrawals, payments, transfers, money orders, cash advances, account openings and maintenance, and plastic card services. It also balances cash drawers, recommends and cross-sells credit union products, maintains confidentiality, completes compliance training, and supports continuous improvement. Candidates need at least one year of related branch operations experience, knowledge of banking and NCUA regulations, PC and Microsoft Office proficiency, communication and organizational skills, and NMLS registration. A high school diploma or equivalent is required. The position is located in Southern California and pays $22.00-$32.08 per hour, with medical, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement matching, paid time off, training, and tuition reimbursement benefits.
