Nuvision Credit Union is hiring a Relationship Specialist II to provide universal branch and member-service support in person and by phone. The role includes consulting with members, opening and maintaining accounts, handling cash and card services, originating and processing consumer loans, referring mortgage, investment, and Autoland products, balancing branch operations, identifying fraud, completing compliance training, and participating in credit union events. Candidates need at least one year of similar experience with prior loan experience, knowledge of applicable banking and NCUA regulations, deposit and loan product knowledge, customer-service and business-development ability, PC and Microsoft Office proficiency, NMLS registration, and strong communication, problem-solving, organizational, confidentiality, and attention-to-detail skills. The position is based in Alaska, with an hourly pay range varying by location, and includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement matching, paid time off, training, and tuition reimbursement.
