Nuvision Credit Union is hiring a Relationship Specialist II to provide universal branch and phone-based member service. The role includes consulting with members, opening and maintaining deposit accounts, receiving and disbursing cash, issuing and servicing cards, originating and processing consumer loans, referring mortgage, investment, and Autoland products, balancing branch operations, identifying suspected fraud, and meeting service and revenue goals. Candidates need at least one year of similar experience with prior loan experience, knowledge of applicable credit union regulations, deposit and loan products, Microsoft Office proficiency, NMLS registration, and strong communication, problem-solving, organizational, and member-service skills. The position is based in Southern California, pays $22.46–$33.69 hourly, and includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement matching, paid time off, training, and tuition reimbursement.
