PTC is hiring a Release and Program Manager for its PLM PMO team in Pune. The role supports engineering, QA, and technical support teams through maintenance releases, coordinating build, test, deployment, governance, risks, dashboards, and release status reviews within an Agile Scrum environment. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 5–8 years of software development organization experience including at least 4 years in program or project management, strong communication and organizational skills, familiarity with Agile Scrum, and proficiency with project management tools.
