Description
42dot is hiring a Release Engineer to oversee and operate Pleos's end-to-end software release lifecycle for autonomous-driving components, software-defined vehicle features, cloud-connected services, and OTA update pipelines. The role leads release planning and coordination across development, QA, product management, and other teams; defines and improves release processes and KPIs; establishes versioning and release policies; and applies GitOps and deployment techniques. Candidates need a bachelor's degree or higher in computer science or a related field, at least five years of release-management or equivalent experience, and proficiency with Git, CI/CD, build systems, and containerized builds. Experience with OTA systems, ISO 26262, A-SPICE, scripting, GitOps, deployment techniques, and software supply-chain security is preferred.
