Description
Conduent is seeking a Release Manager to develop and maintain release schedules, coordinate deployments and maintenance windows, align processes with ITIL 4 and Medicaid governance, and oversee release activities across development, testing, production, QA, operations, and business teams. The role requires five years of experience managing new product releases or related work, two years of experience with change management, incidents, and CAB processes, deployment and release-cycle knowledge, IT and ITIL expertise, risk-management knowledge, and a bachelor’s degree in a related field. The position is onsite in a local office and is contingent upon the award of a government contract, with an estimated salary range of $96,250 to $125,000.
