GLOVIS America, Inc. is hiring a Release Scanner (1st Shift) to walk from vehicle to vehicle in a plant manufacturing/warehouse setting, scan vehicle barcodes and Monroney stickers, verify VINs and installed options, inspect vehicles for damage and dealer readiness, and release vehicles for shipment using a PDA and portable scanners. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, the ability to read, write, communicate, follow instructions, work independently, use a handheld scanner, and maintain attention to detail. The position involves standing and walking, driving, lifting up to 25 pounds, and exposure to loud noises, chemicals, and indoor and outdoor weather conditions.
