Description
The Release Train Engineer will serve as a servant leader, collaborating with government leadership, scrum masters, and Agile teams to manage and optimize the ART (Agile Release Train). This role involves facilitating ART events, coaching teams on Agile practices, assessing capacity, identifying dependencies, and removing impediments to improve flow and continuous improvement. The engineer will contribute to developing and maintaining PI roadmaps and program visions, ultimately supporting critical U.S. Government missions.
