ERCOT is hiring a Release Train Engineer to facilitate product release planning and govern the end-to-end release lifecycle across its applications, AI, and data platform portfolio. The role coordinates release planning, backlog grooming, deployment readiness, ServiceNow change records, NERC CIP governance, CAB activities, release calendars, metrics, and stakeholder communication across Agile, waterfall, and hybrid delivery teams. The position is based in Taylor, Texas, with a hybrid schedule of two days per week, and offers a salary range of $120,000 to $165,000.
