Description
The role facilitates a complex Agile Release Train within the Scaled Agile Framework, guides teams through PI Planning, aligns program and portfolio objectives, drives continuous improvement and Lean-Agile transformation, and coaches leaders and teams. It requires a first degree in Information Technology, Certified Scrum Manager certification, and 5–7 years of experience delivering SAFe 4 Agile Release Trains and Lean-Agile programs in small-to-medium solutions, along with Agile, Scrum, Lean, stakeholder-management, and estimation and prioritization skills.
