Description
The Release Train Engineer will serve as a servant leader, coach, and facilitator for an Agile Release Train supporting Federal Government, Department of Defense, and government contractor programs. The role leads SAFe events, coordinates cross-team dependencies, guides teams and leadership through SAFe adoption, establishes Agile and DevOps processes, manages Jira/Confluence dashboards, and ensures alignment with federal and DoD compliance standards. The position requires on-site work four to five days per week, U.S. citizenship, a Secret security clearance or ability to obtain one, and SAFe Release Train Engineer certification.
