Description
The Release Train Engineer will provide end-to-end methodical and organizational leadership for an Agile Release Train (ART) within a SAFe organization, coordinating multiple agile software development teams and stakeholders. The role focuses on improving collaboration, value-stream efficiency, delivery capability, agile maturity, and the removal of impediments, while also supporting an Agile Coach function. The position is available in Frankfurt, Karlsruhe, or Stuttgart and offers a hybrid schedule of three days from home and two days in the office, with annual gross pay of up to €110,000.
