Honda is hiring a second-shift Predictive Maintenance Engineer to improve manufacturing equipment uptime through predictive maintenance, root-cause analysis, troubleshooting, countermeasure development, and CMMS optimization. The role supports VQD equipment and PdM technology implementation, collaborates regionally, and may require occasional third-shift flexibility, travel, overtime, and shutdown work. Candidates need a bachelor's degree or two-year technical degree in a relevant engineering or maintenance field, at least two years of manufacturing equipment operation and recovery experience, and strong problem-solving, documentation, leadership, and safety skills.
