Description
The Reliability & Project Engineer will combine hands-on reliability engineering with capital project management for a heavy industrial minerals operation in Batesville, Arkansas. Responsibilities include improving preventive and reliability-centered maintenance programs, CMMS and maintenance reporting, reliability KPI tracking, root-cause analysis, major outages, equipment overhauls, engineering documentation, and capital projects through commissioning. The role requires at least five years of maintenance, reliability, or project engineering experience in heavy industry; a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline is preferred, along with experience in rotary kilns, pyroprocessing, cement, lime, mineral processing, bulk material handling, CMMS development, root-cause analysis, and capital project execution.
