The Reliability and Test Engineer supports NPI, development, forward and reverse logistics, and testing of telecom-related products. The role covers product reliability and maintainability, design and installation specifications, factory and site acceptance testing, asset maintenance planning, predictive and destructive testing, risk management, Six Sigma analysis, and production support. It requires an accredited engineering or product-management degree, OTJ training, and extensive telecom hardware, software, carrier-grade, LTE/WCDMA/GSM, and SS7 experience, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance.
