The Reliability Engineer reports to the Director of Reliability and provides training in reliability practices, processes, systems, and tools while gathering reliability data, developing reports, supporting process and maintenance improvements, and collaborating with maintenance, operations, engineering, and other teams. The role is intended for new graduates or candidates with 0–5 years of industrial experience, with manufacturing experience preferred, and may be filled through a staffing agency with potential for permanent placement. It offers a salary range of $50,688 to $63,360 or higher, medical, dental, and vision benefits, and requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, industrial management, or a related field.
