Description
The Reliability Systems Engineer in Accuray’s Product Development department develops and tracks reliability requirements, plans, risk mitigations, and test strategies across radiotherapy products and projects. The role guides subsystem and component owners, mentors engineers, supports reliability processes across service, manufacturing, and quality, and collaborates with cross-functional teams. It requires a bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Physics, at least five years of relevant design, development, or reliability experience in a highly regulated industry, and knowledge of reliability tools, statistical methods, electronics, test equipment, and Python-based test automation.
